Top five album charting artist Joy Crookes scored another brand winner with her latest partnership with Timberland: ‘My Community, Our Nature’.
Following in the footsteps of Loyle Carner, Insanity’s singer-songwriter has teamed up with the outdoor lifestyle brand to champion a community-driven project very close to her heart, at InSpire Youth Club, in her home turf of Elephant & Castle. InSpire at St Peter’s Church provides the local youth with a safe space to socialise and build confidence, hosting weekly drama and music workshops to boost creativity and nurture a sense of identity and community.
Throughout the campaign, Joy worked with Timberland to revitalise InSpire’s existing green space to then host outdoor workshops, focusing on pathways to employment and nature, leaving a lasting legacy for years to come.
Joy was one of four cultural leaders from across Europe, and it was up to the public to decide which project will benefit from large-scale investment from Timberland next Spring. Winner announced here.
