The Last One
Headie One announces his highly anticipated album, ‘The Last One’, creatively directed by Frank Fieber for Columbia Records. Working closely with Headie and Columbia on the Creative for the album artwork and trailer campaign, ‘The Last One’ acts to narrate the twists and turns of Headie’s turbulent journey and bookends this chapter in his life.
It was vital for Headie that his narrative be communicated in an authentic manor, true to his journey while still delivering a dynamic and elevated campaign that sets him apart from his contemporaries and delivers Columbia an expansive aesthetic world in which to pull marketing ideas, assets and collateral from.
Using the metallic black sand wasteland as our visual metaphor to communicate this journey Headie rises triumphant to the crystal precipice as the master of his own destiny.
The journey from ‘The One’, ‘One Two’, ‘Music X Road’, ‘Edna’, ‘Martins Sofa’ and finally ‘The Last One’ are documented as Headie travels through the world we created for the artwork campaign.
The artwork and world was created and shot by Frank Fieber with post production and beautiful custom typography design by Alex Bois along with all physical packaging and marketing materials. The album trailer directed by Frank and Reuben Bastienne-Lewis, edited by Luca Brewster with additional VFX and Animation also. Creative production across the entire campaign by Mimi Oliver and video post production by Katie Harris. BTS across the shoot days by Becca Wheeler, Jayden Nelson and Joe Magowan.
