4th Floor Academy

As we come to the end of our third intake at 4th Floor Academy, we’re excited to highlight our continued collaboration with the incredible team at Small Green Shoots. This inspiring charity, offers hands-on work experience and training in the music and entertainment sectors to ambitious young individuals from underrepresented communities. Over the past six months, our Small Green Shoots cohort members have made their mark across Creative Strategy, Video Production, Insights and Analytics, Digital and New Tech, and Web Development.

 

We owe a huge thanks to their mentor Mace Jarvis and their dedicated line managers Neato, Abi Hand, Holly Pearson, Frank Fieber, Elton Stone & David Tigar whose commitment and guidance have been essential. And let’s not forget Kyla Gordon-Miller, Honey Ferdinand, Abigail Sam, Traye Lindsay, and Zak Issak, who infused our team with their enthusiasm, creativity, and countless memorable moments.

 

We’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved and look forward to seeing where this journey takes them next!
